GAF Roofing Challange
Designed to educate Home Depot's PRO Desk staff about about GAF's line of Energy Efficient Roofing Tiles.
GAF Corporation was seeking an entertaining and engaging campaign to educate the staff of the Home Depot's PRO Desk about their line of Energy Efficient Roofing Tiles in addition to gathering staff competency information.
Since the average PRO Desk staff member fell within Nielsen's stats for the average gamer, the solution was to create an easy to learn fun gaming experience with competency questions appearing between
the game levels.
To incentivize the Home Depot staff, GAF sponsored a nationwide high score contest in which the PRO Desk staff with the highest combined weekly score won a pizza lunch. As a result of the campaign, GAF's overall Home Depot PRO Desk sales substantially increased.
