Designed to educate Showtime's Consumer Service Representatives about their
hit television series.
Opportunity
Showtime was in need of a fun and engaging way to train their Consumer Service Representatives about their hit television shows.
Solution
The solution was to create a suite of games that communicated to the CSRs such information as character names, actor images and plot backstories.
To incentivize participation in the campaign, CSRs were entered into a company-wide sweepstakes every time they played the game for a specific amount of time. The number of sweepstakes entries exceeded Showtime's expectations.
